By the beginning of our Design Phase, your entire product team has a thorough understanding of user requirements for your proposed digital product, the opportunities that your organization’s technological innovations present, and budgetary, scheduling, and technical constraints for your project. Now, Team Spirit can begin to envision the product user experience that meets those requirements. Before plunging into detailed design, Team Spirit develops a high-level conceptual model that clearly represents your digital product as we want users to perceive it.

  • performs an objects/actions analysis of your product’s task or information domain
  • develops a lexicon of terms for your product
  • writes task scenarios for your product’s domain

Our conceptual modeling process culminates in the creation of sketches, wireframes, or storyboards that illustrate the overall structure of your digital product’s user experience, define its key components and content areas, and show its primary workflows.
