Your project begins with a Project Kick-Off Meeting, at which your in-house product or strategy team and Team Spirit can get acquainted. The primary purpose of this meeting is to communicate the Project Plan to the entire team and ensure that everyone understands its goals. The Project Plan establishes the major milestones and deliverable work products for your project, as well as key roles on the team such as your Project Champion and our Team Leader at Spirit, whom we introduce to the team.
For a digital product design project, Team Spirit then gives a brief presentation about our user-centered design process, showing how it works within the context of your project’s product development lifecycle.
Finally, our Team Leader opens a discussion during which members of your product or strategy team can share their vision and raise any issues of concern. For example, for a digital product design project, issues for discussion might include conflicts between your company’s business objectives, the needs of the people who will use your product, and technical constraints.
Following our Project Kick-Off Meeting, Team Spirit provides a report that summarizes the discussion during the meeting and responds to the issues that team members raised.
