At the conclusion of our consulting engagement with you, your Project Champion leads a Project Wrap-Up Meeting, during which your product or strategy team has an opportunity to give Team Spirit feedback on the services that we have provided to your organization. While everything is fresh in their minds, the members of your team can tell us what they thought went well and what did not and how we could improve our process to serve your needs better. This information helps make our next project together go even more smoothly.

Following our Project Wrap-Up Meeting, Team Spirit provides a report that summarizes the discussion during the meeting and responds to the issues that team members raised.
