Usability Evaluation During Development

During our Development Support Phase, Team Spirit can perform one or more rounds of usability testing on either a high-fidelity prototype created by your development team or a prerelease build of your actual product. We ask test participants to think aloud as they work. Members of your product team can observe the usability test sessions. We determine whether participants can successfully complete key tasks or find important information using your prototype or product and identify its usability problems, then provide our design recommendations for solving those problems.

At the conclusion of this round of usability testing, Team Spirit provides a detailed Usability Test Results and Recommendations Report. Once we present our findings and recommendations to your product team, we work collaboratively with your entire team to prioritize all remaining usability problems and determine which problems are showstoppers that the team must resolve before your product’s release and which problems the team can defer for resolution in the next release of your product.
