Important Milestones

The following milestones are important aspects of our approach to user experience design and strategy projects include our

  • Project Definition Phase—During our Project Definition Phase, Team Spirit learns about your business objectives for your project and ascertains how we can help you to achieve them. At the conclusion of our Project Definition Phase, Team Spirit delivers our Project Plan and Statement of Work to you for approval.   • Project Kick-Off Meeting—During our Project Kick-Off Meeting, Team Spirit gets to know and communicates the Project Plan to your product or strategy team, then opens a discussion during which all the members of your team can share their vision and raise any issues of concern. Typical Work Sessions and Meetings

Collaborative work sessions are typically small, half-day or shorter meetings with one or more of your product team’s key members, in which we work together to solve specific design challenges.

Following the completion of user research or usability studies, once we have prepared our detailed report, Team Spirit presents an overview of the results and our recommendations to your entire product team during what is typically a two- or three-hour meeting.

During design review meetings, Team Spirit presents sketches of one or more design alternatives for your product team’s review. The feedback that we obtain from your team during these meetings ensures that our ultimate design solutions satisfy your requirements. The length of these meetings depends on the number of designs being presented and the amount of feedback your team provides, but they are typically half-day or shorter meetings.

During specification review meetings, key members of your product team provide feedback on a draft specification, ensuring that it is clear and complete and follows all technical constraints. The length of these meetings depends on the length of the specification and the number of questions that engineers and others have, but they are typically half-day meetings.

Our meetings may occur face to face, online, or by teleconference, as appropriate.
